As one of the snipers of Special Duties Unit (SDU) in Hong Kong, Wong Ka-Lok fails to track down a gangster in time whose bomb unfortunately deafens Lok’s colleague Sung-Bong. As a result, Lok is removed from his duty and his boss Joe is also forced to retire ahead of time.
