Ray an undercover cop tries to penetrate into a powerful local gang involved in all illegal activities. Ray disguises as a cocaine buyer. The deal goes wrong when his identity is exposed by another undercover cop Jimmy, who has already gained the trust of one of the principal masterminds, Chan.
