Chinese police intercept the drugs and password discs from an international drug trafficking gang. Under the pressure of Asian financial crisis, Fong’s Group in Hong Kong is badly in need of money. They work with Carl, the head of a South American drug lord, to take away the drug gangster caught by the Philippine police and plunder a huge amount of money from Fukuoka Bank. The Interpol from China, Japan, the Philippines and Hong Kong join hands and execute the “Leopard Mission” to eradicate the gang who aims at retrieving the drugs and discs. |
