Philip, an underworld killer in Europe, returns from Holland to Hong Kong for a reunion with his Brother Jackie, who is a police inspector. In Holland, Philip has two good friends; Simon and Andrew. Simon is a successful operator of a vice-den in Hong Kong. Andrew works for Boss Chow and is involved with smuggling. Chow uses Andrew to take away some of Simon’s business, so the two bosses become enemies. |
