During the Vietnamese civil war, San Francisco takes in a lot of Vietnamese refugees. The US government longs to undermine Chinese power (yellow peril) at China town, thus they arrange to have Vietnamese refugees live there. Conflicts between the two take place constantly. The FBI is plotting a political scheme... An innocent Chinese cab driver, Kwan Chi-wah, is framed in the scheme. |
